BASIC FELINE SPAY OR NEUTER
Includes pre-surgical exam, spay or neuter procedure, tattoo, and pain medication to go home.

PREFERRED FELINE SPAY OR NEUTER:
Includes pre-surgical exam, preanesthetic bloodwork, IV/SQ fluids, spay or neuter procedure, tattoo, and pain medication to go home.

VACCINATION SERVICES:
$50 Feline package: rabies vaccination with tag and certificate, distemper vaccination and intestinal parasite exam. ($15 savings)
$20 Rabies vaccine (required if not current on vaccination)
$20 Distemper vaccine (required if not current on vaccination)
ADDITIONAL SERVICES:
$25 Intestinal parasite exam
$45 Triple test, FIV/FELV/heartworm
$40 Microchip implantation and registration
$12 Elizabethan collar: This is a cone to prevent your pet from licking the incision site. It is strongly recommended for them to wear it for 2 weeks after surgery. Complications arising from licking at the incision site will be treated at the owners expense.
Heartworm and/or flea prevention may be purchased at the time of your appointment ONLY, up to 12 doses. Ask for pricing information.
POSSIBLE ADDITIONAL FEES:
This will be determined by the veterinarian at the time of the pre-surgical exam. If you cannot be reached for notification of the findings and authorization of the additional charges the procedure will NOT be performed, and you will be informed of the findings and recommendations at pickup.
