MEDICAL: The medical portion of our hospital is open 7 days a week. Our general practice is open Monday – Saturday from 7:30am until 5pm and shift times vary. Our Urgent Care is open Monday - Saturday from 5pm until 10pm and Sunday from 2pm until 7pm.

Veterinary Nurses and Veterinary Assistants:
$12 - $33/hour depending on certification, skills, management experience and specialties. *All Urgent Care shifts are paid an additional $5/hour higher. (example: general practice rate is $18/hour, urgent care rate is $23/hour.) Applicants for this position must be certified with 1 year experience or non-licensed and have at least 3 years experience as a veterinary technician.
Hospital Greeters:
$12 – $20/hour. *All Urgent Care shifts are paid an additional $5/hour higher. (example: general practice rate is $18/hour, urgent care rate is $23/hour.) A hospital greeter is someone who warmly welcomes clients entering our hospital. They help to make sure the clients experience is wonderful from walking in the door until they have departed. A greeter is expected to track where clients are in the hospital and communicate with other team members to ensure that they are being attended to. A greeter will help a client and pet into an exam room and walk them to their car at the end of the visit. Keeping the reception area and coffee bar clean and well stocked is a must. An ideal candidate will be a friendly “people person” who enjoys creating a pleasing experience for our guests.
Client Service Representatives on our Client Care Team:
$12 – $20/hour. *All Urgent Care shifts are paid an additional $5/hour higher. (example: general practice rate is $18/hour, urgent care rate is $23/hour.) A client service representative is as an assistant to the client communication coordinator and is someone who acts as a main source of communication between clients and the hospital. A CSR will primarily answer the phone, making appointments and finding answers to our clients questions. They may be responsible for calling clients with reminders or to follow up on how patients are doing at home. They will also help with written forms of communications such as welcome cards, e-mails and newsletters. A good CSR candidate will have a pleasant phone voice and be able to clearly communicate in writing as well as verbally. They warmly welcome clients entering our hospital. They help to make sure the clients experience is wonderful from walking in the door until they have departed. A CSR is expected to track where clients are in the hospital and communicate with other team members to ensure that they are being attended to. HOTEL: The hotel will be open 7 days a week from 6am – 10pm. Shifts will be as follows: 6:00am – 2:30pm or 1:30pm – 10pm. Full time will be 5 shifts per week, Part time will be 2 – 3 shifts per week.
Hotel Concierge:
$12 – $18/hour
A hotel concierge is responsible for welcoming all hotel clients and guests in a friendly and warm manner. Computer, phone, and people skills are a must! The concierge will need to be able to answer guests' questions and book reservations using our computer based booking system. The concierge will be responsible for keeping the hotel lobby clean. They will work with the rest of the team to make sure that our guests stay is as comfortable and safe as possible. Communication between the hotel, spa, and medical team may be necessary for those patients who will have medical or spa services during their stay.
Hotel Attendant:
$12 – $18/hour
A hotel attendant is responsible for the well-being of our guests. Your daily duties will include feeding, watering, walking, cleaning, disinfection, laundry and play time with our guests. This is a physically demanding position that requires one to be on their feet for the majority of their shift. You will need to frequently walk, stoop, kneel, or crouch, and lift or move up to 50 pounds. You must also be able to maintain confidence around pets.
