We understand how difficult it can be to leave a pet behind while you are traveling, so let us offer the very best for your furry kids.

From the moment you step through our double glass doors into our bright and clean lobby, overlooking a private garden, you are greeted by our friendly concierge.  

After a brief check-in process, you are welcome to take your pet to their room where you may say farewell and make sure they are comfortable.  If anything is not to your liking, please inform our wonderful Hotel Attendants and we will do our best to make your pet as comfortable as possible!

We want you to leave our hotel knowing your beloved pet is in excellent hands.

PET HOTEL HOURS

OPEN 7 DAYS A WEEK!
CHECK IN TIME: 3PM-10PM
CHECK OUT TIME 6AM-2PM

If your pet is not picked up on time,
an additional day's boarding fee is charged.


Vaccines required for boarding/Grooming

  • Dogs: Rabies, DA2PPV, Bordetella, Bivalent Flu

  • Cats: Rabies, FVRCP

We will need this information prior to your pet's stay.  Vaccines must be current, at minimum, 2 weeks prior to your pet's stay.  Call us if you have any questions.


Please Bring

  • Your emergency numbers.

  • Your pet's medication and supplements.

  • Your pet's food.  Please only bring us the amount that your pet will need for their stay.

    • Dry food in a disposable bag with their name written on it.

    • Canned food with their name written on each can.

    • Room service is also available for an additional fee per meal.

  • Optional: An old T-Shirt that has your scent on it to comfort your pet.

    • Be sure to write your name on the shirt so it does not get lost

    • Tie a knot in the shirt so it can be easily "snuggled" by your pet.

    • Because we do not wash this shirt, it may be soiled when you pick up.

Please do not bring

  • Bedding or blankets; we have everything your pet needs (Please speak with Concierge if you have a special request.)

  • Bones, rawhide, or toys that can be choked on or break teeth.

  • Please take your leash, collar, harness, and carrier back home with you when you check in your pet.  We do not wish to accidentally lose these items.

  • Bowls or plates; we have clean dishes for your pet to enjoy their food and water in.


Flea-Free Facility

We want to keep our hotel clear of parasites, so every pet that gets checked in is given a Capstar or Advantus regardless of your pet's current flea regimen.  There is no extra charge for this.

If you would like an additional Capstar or Advantus to be given to your pet when they check out, we can arrange it for an additional fee.

Extended stay perks

For every week your pet stays, get an additional $20 toward their Spa or Salon appointment!
Must use within 2 weeks.


Military or Extended Stay Discounts

If your pet needs to stay with us for 30 days or more we will discount your rate by 30%.

If you are military and are deployed for any reason we will discount your rate by 50%. Thank you for your service!


Shuttle Service

We can pick up or drop off your pet for an additional
$35 per 20 minute drive.*
